Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Stockholm
Located in a historic building, the hotel blends the old with the new with great effect. My room was spacious, well appointed, had a 12-foot ceiling and was decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. There’s a plush toy dog on the bed when you arrive—I’ve been missing my dogs while travelling, so this was a lovely, homely touch. Breakfast is very good, although a little chaotic. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous. Close to the subway (tunelbana), bus stops and as many amazing shops, restaurants and bars you could ever desire.
The bathroom in 219 is tired. It has a giant jet bath but the front cover has come loose. The shower is not great—water runs straight out of the base, across the floor and into the overflow drain beneath the bath. The room was dark. Even in summer, very little light makes it into the room from the internal atrium. Fortunately the room is well-lit, but you do need to have the lights on. No iron was provided. No in-room fridge.

Excellent Location
The hotel was located in a perfect location. It was close to all the stores, restaurants and Gamestan old town. The front desk staff were very helpful, and most of all very friendly. We had to leave early morning (2 am to head to airport) and the receptionist made sure we had take out breakfast and ensured the taxi was on time for pickup.
The room could have been bigger.

Wonderful
Very spacious rooms, especially for staying with child. The child bed was big and comfortable! The hotel is well organised and La Belle Epoque restaurant serves really delicious specialties. The staying was very lovely and romantic!
